A few highlights of this project are in-deck lighting on the stair risers and post caps, a double border accent, and a very unique VertiCable railing system. We also installed a waterproof bladder system under a portion of the upper level so the clients can better utilize the space under the deck.

Kitchen remodels can transform the feel of an entire home. This client in Urbandale chose to go with a full kitchen remodel, and updated all of their their main level flooring and paint at the same time. The interior designer assisted them in choosing some beautiful finishes and they loved the end product. One item that our team was particularly proud of was finishing this project EXACTLY on schedule.

Could you work out in this home gym? Complete with rubber flooring, an accent wall, mirrors, and a television, the commute to the gym just got much shorter.

The front room of this client's home in Urbandale went from basic to ready-to-work! We installed a wall of cabinetry with a hardwood desktop, with new flooring and paint for the entire room. The client eventually finished this space with large center desk to make it even more functional for the whole family.

What a transformation in this master bathroom in Grimes! We removed the existing shower and small bathtub (that never got used), and replaced it with a very large shower that will give these clients much more fun

These clients in Ankeny now have a dream backyard setup! They have a TimberTech decking that has a 50-year warranty, paired with a maintenance free Westbury Bronze Aluminum railing, and a maintenance free bronze aluminum pergola. It doesn't get much better than that!

This recently completed project included a 4-season home addition with a very large composite deck build.

This bathroom is Urbandale, IA was completely transformed with new finishes. We removed a dividing wall between the toilet room and sink area to open up the space. We replaced the bathtub and tub surround with a cost-effective fiberglass, and spent a little extra on other details like the tile wall and wood ceiling.

This kitchen remodel in West Des Moines included removing a pantry room in the middle of the space to open up the floor plan, installing new cherry cabinets in certain areas, as well as many other custom features.

A beautiful TimberTech deck in Waukee. This client was in need of a complete deck rebuild and decided to enlarge the structure at the same time. They chose a decking from the TimberTech Reserve product line and a black aluminum handrail. We also wrapped the deck posts and beams to give this one a cleaner look.
