Remodeling Portfolio

This bathroom is Urbandale, IA was completely transformed with new finishes. We removed a dividing wall between the toilet room and sink area to open up the space. We replaced the bathtub and tub surround with a cost-effective fiberglass, and spent a little extra on other details like the tile wall and wood ceiling.

A beautiful TimberTech deck in Waukee. This client was in need of a complete deck rebuild and decided to enlarge the structure at the same time. They chose a decking from the TimberTech Reserve product line and a black aluminum handrail. We also wrapped the deck posts and beams to give this one a cleaner look.

This client had an existing wood deck and wanted to make the space more functional for their needs. We added a 4' extension to the deck, rebuilt the stairs to improve the flow to the backyard, and installed a high quality composite decking with aluminum handrail. In addition, we installed a water proofing system under the decking which allowed for the installation of a ceiling under the deck. Lastly, we built a privacy wall on one side to make the space more usable.

A very popular curb appeal update for homes is changing the look of support posts on front porches. On this home in West Des Moines we removed the painted woodwork on the columns and replaced it with cedar wood, which was then stained to the clients desired color. Cedar wood is a naturally weather resistant option that is great for outdoor projects.
This is a front porch project from Dallas Center, and one that we are very proud of the details on. The client chose some beautiful finishes including TimberTech Dark Roast decking and drink rail, along with white PVC fascia and skirting. This front porch is 100% maintenance-free and will last for many decades.
